What is your main role at your company?

I am the founder of The Region HR Consulting Firm where we partner with organizations across Alabama to bridge the gap within the employee life cycle by providing support in six foundational areas of focus: strategy, recruitment, onboarding, training, retainment and evolution.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

With over 10 years of experience in HR, I have been a change agent with every organization that I was blessed to work for. I decided to step out on faith. My number one career accomplishment has been being the first minority-owned and woman-led HR Consulting Firm in the River Region (Montgomery).

How are you involved in your community?

I believe wholeheartedly in giving back to the community. Character is developed when you can step outside of yourself to be a blessing to others. I currently serve as Secretary and Board member for the Junior Executive Board for Child Protect Advocacy Center, Executive Board of Directors member for J. Walters Rites of Passage Girls Youth Treatment Facility, Executive Board of Directors for Tau Rho Mu Christian Sorority, and Beta Alpha Gamma Christian Fraternity. I have additionally served my community as a Rotarian of Montgomery Sunrise

What is your key to success?

The key to success is integrity. I live by the motto of always doing the right thing for the right reason even when no one is watching. When you do good and do good by people it is returned to you in good faith.
