The Public Relations Council of Alabama (PRCA) welcomed Beth Chapman to speak at their January Lunch & Learn at the Montgomery Biscuits Riverwalk Stadium. Beth was elected Alabama’s 51st Secretary of State in 2006 and reelected in 2010 having first been elected and serving four years as State Auditor. Prior to her time in public office, she was the State Executive Director of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for 10 years.
exploreMedia celebrated the launch of their March issue of CentrAL INC! at the Waterworks Rooftop Bar at the Trilogy Hotel. The March publication celebrated 40 business professionals in the region, under the age of 40.
This event featured local business leaders as well as some high achieving students who participate in the Career Tech program at Pike Road High School. Professional Trainers Joel Hughes and Laura Chambliss with Troy University Continuing Education and Outreach presented a masterclass on business etiquette.
The Millbrook Chamber hosted a members only lunch and learn with speakers from Cumulus Media who shared some marketing and branding tips.
Day Structures sponsored the March Chamber Luncheon with guest speaker, Autauga County Superintendent, Lyman Woodfin. Attendees were able to gain some new knowledge while building connections.
The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce March Business Mixer was hosted by Cloud 9 Aviation and provided an opportunity for attendees to meet and network with fellow chamber members.
PRCA Montgomery hosted their March lunch and learn at the Montgomery Biscuits Riverwalk Stadium and welcomed guest speaker, Grace Ellis, the Alabama Agriculture Council Director. Ellis shared her experience working in marketing, communications, and public relations in the agriculture industry.
Thanks to Auburn University at Montgomery and the Montgomery Chamber, attendees were able to begin their day by meeting potential clients, making important contacts and networking with Chamber executives and community leaders.
