How did CB&S Bank start?
CB&S Bank opened its doors in 1906 with $25,000 in capital and one location in Russellville, Alabama. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our neighbors, customers, and employees by building meaningful relationships. Now, 118 years later with $2.5 billion in assets and 55 offices across Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee, we are a leading community bank in the markets we serve.
What makes you stand out?
Our bank offers a complete line of consumer and commercial banking products, which includes great technology for our customers through our mobile and internet banking solutions such as mobile deposit, mobile wallet and Zelle for money transfers. We offer competitive deposit and loan rates, as well as a variety of treasury management services, merchant services and lending opportunities for our business customers.
How has business been?
In 2019, CB&S Bank had the opportunity to acquire an existing bank in Pike Road and began realizing our mission through partnerships and service in this community. We are proud to be the first bank located in Pike Road, Alabama. The CB&S team is led by Brad Armagost, our Regional President, and has 180 years of combined banking experience to serve our customers.
