April 2025 approaches the finish line for design and construction plans with Chambless King Architects (Chris McNeil, Project Manager) as structural and electrical engineering teams ensure the historical structure is rebuilt stronger than ever. This Spring, the building process continues and anticipates a 10-12 month timeline. Positioned across the street from The Picker House, 243 South (the current restaurant space) will move permanently to The Picker House.
