MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Baptist Health has once again been recognized as one of America’s Best Employers by Forbes, marking the sixth consecutive year the healthcare system has received the prestigious honor.
The award is presented in collaboration with Statista, a global statistics portal and industry ranking provider, and highlights organizations across the United States that are highly regarded by their employees.
For the 2025 rankings, Forbes and Statista conducted an independent survey of more than 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies with at least 500 employees nationwide. More than 2 million employer evaluations were considered as part of the selection process. Final rankings are based on two forms of feedback: personal evaluations from employees themselves and public evaluations from friends and family members, as well as others working within the same industry.
With more than 6,000 employees, Baptist Health continues to serve as a cornerstone of healthcare in Central Alabama, providing comprehensive medical services while investing in its workforce and strengthening the communities it serves.
