Trenholm State Community College allows students to earn a wage while attending Trenholm State through their FAME program.
Through the FAME program, students may be presented with full-time career opportunities from FAME partners following graduation. FAME graduates are equipped with the needed skills and experiences that many manufacturing companies actively seek.
Amond Brown is a 2024 FAME graduate student who completed an apprenticeship at Rheem Manufacturing Company and was hired as a General Maintenance Mechanic-A following graduation. He is applying the knowledge he acquired through the FAME program to his role which impacts the overall success of the business.
