PRATTVILLE – The City of Prattville announces First Watch Restaurants, Inc., headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, has chosen Prattville, Alabama, as its next location. Renovation has begun at the new location, 2301 Cobbs Ford Road, in the former O’Charley’s building. First Watch Restaurants, Inc., staff describe Prattville as an ideal location for the next Alabama site of First Watch. Prattville is centrally located in the state and near an interstate exit, making it attractive for First Watch.
First Watch is a fast-casual concept focusing on high-quality breakfast and lunch as originated in the roots of its name. The name First Watch is based on a nautical reference of restaurants only open from 7:00 am until 2:30 pm on ships in years past. “First Watch will be a great addition to the ever-growing restaurant scene in
Prattville, Alabama. We are thankful for the investment from First Watch and look forward to its great success,” said Mayor Bill Gillespie, Jr.
With more than 544 locations in 29 states and nearly 14,000 employees, Prattville’s First Watch will be the sixth Alabama location to open.
