To be considered, Credit Unions nationwide went through a two-part survey process. The first part evaluated workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics with the second part focusing on employee experience. The combined scores determined the top credit unions and final ranking. Among the honorees, top executives have led their organizations for 12.3 years on average, with MAX having a collective average of 21 years. MAX boasts a robust history of employee retention, particularly evident in the executive team, many of whom advanced through the ranks.
