MONTGOMERY, AL | June 13, 2023– Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors is delighted to announce the additions of First Watch, South Boutique and Goldfish Swim School to The Shoppes at EastChase in Montgomery, Alabama.
Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors listened to the local community’s continued requests for new restaurants and higher-end retail options. South Boutique, opening in August, will be located adjacent to Dillard’s and next to LOFT along main street at The Shoppes. The Birmingham-based boutique tested the market with a pop-up shoppe during the holidays and was eager to join The Shoppes as a full-time tenant. South Boutique has several locations throughout Alabama.
Coming fall 2023 is First Watch, will be the newest family-friendly restaurant to join the Shoppes. First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always served made-to-order. They will open adjacent to Firebirds near DSW at The Shoppes.
Swimmers rejoice! Goldfish Swim School will open later this year with a location at EastChase Plaza next to Kohls. Goldfish Swim is a premier learn-top-swim facility for children ages 4 months to 12 years. This is the second location for Goldfish Swim in the state of Alabama, with the first opening in Birmingham last year.
