The City of Millbrook and the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce co-hosted a groundbreaking event for the City’s fifth hotel and to celebrate Elmore County’s continued economic growth. Located at Exit 179/Cobbs Ford Road, the RAM Hotels development will be a TownePlace Suites by Marriott, RAM’s second hotel development in Millbrook. The TownePlace Suite brand is Marriott’s upscale, extended stay product and designed for one night to three month stays. The 104 room hotel project is scheduled to be completed in 2025.
