Pike Road, Alabama-March 16, 2023- New Waters Realty and New Waters, LLC are pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer M. Atkins to President and Chief Operating Officer and Rachael Quinn to Controller.
Thomas H. Brigham, Jr., CEO of New Waters, LLC, and ARK Opportunity Fund I made the announcement at a recent meeting of the Board of Directors in Birmingham, Alabama.“ Atkins and Quinn are an integral part of our businesses, and it is under their continued leadership that the development and real estate companies will progress,” said Brigham.
Atkins joined the company in 2011 as Vice President of Marketing & Development for The Waters New Home Community and quickly rose to become Qualifying Broker and Managing Partner. Atkins previously held positions with Jim Wilson & Associates, Lowder New Homes and Aronov Realty where she gained invaluable experience in real estate development, homeowners association management and real estate brokerage. Atkins received a master’s degree in business administration from Troy University Montgomery and a bachelor\’s degree from Auburn University Montgomery. She is a founding member and Chairman of the Board for the James W. Wilson Jr Family YMCA and is a member of the Greater Montgomery YMCA Metro Board, serves on several committees for the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and is a member of the Pike Road Kiwanis Club. In addition, she is a member of the Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Circle.
Quinn joined the company in 2016 as a staff accountant for The Waters Homeowners’ Association and began working with the development and real estate companies in 2019.She was previously the Director of Finance for Montgomery Habitat for Humanity and worked in public accounting for six years. Quinn received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Accounting from Auburn University Montgomery.
