Prattville Chamber Lunch & Learn- Hometown Hospitality

January 30, 2023 – The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Autauga County -Alabama Cooperative Extension System, hosted a Lunch and Learn event about Hometown Hospitality. Attendees learned tips for improving customer service skills, attracting and retaining customers, and utilizing tourism customer service tools.
