What is your main role at your company?

Operations Planning & Management, Culture, Appreciation & Team Building Strategy & Implementation Management. I also assist with internal communications strategies, outreach and advocacy.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

That\’s a hard question to answer. I don\’t think I have a number one accomplishment or highlight, but I\’m moved by my commitment to servant leadership and the work that I do within my career, community and life while also being a full-time graduate student.

How are you involved in your community?

I serve in various roles within the community. I am a board member at the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts DEAI Committee, the VP of the board of directors at Safe Space Montgomery, the community VP of the board of directors at Junior League of Montgomery, a member of the Junior League of Montgomery, a volunteer at Rolling to the Polls, a committee member for the Mayor’s Young Professional Council, a board member at Montgomery Community Action and a board member at the City of Montgomery Board of Adjustment.

What is your key to success?

My ultimate key to success is realizing my life\’s purpose. And in order to maintain, I depend on faith, family, commitment, humility, and being in a constant state of evolution. I\’m always cognitive that success is self-defined, so I\’m more inclined to meet the goals that I\’ve set for myself versus succumbing to the pressures of the world.
