When did you start your current job?

July 2014

What is your main role at your company?

As risk advisors, it is our job to identify potential risks and exposures that a business owner may face to protect the company and its employees. We assist our clients with coverage placement, claims, as well as loss control.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

Thus far my greatest accomplishment has been becoming a shareholder in my firm. One of the highlights of my job is that I can interact with different industries and business owners daily and assist them in identifying risks their businesses face. Helping business owners protect their employees and the business they built is a rewarding experience and gives me purpose for the hard work that it takes to succeed.

How are you involved in your community?

My family and I are a member of First United Methodist Church in Montgomery where I also serve on the Administrative Board. Additionally, I currently serve on the board of the Cole Ellis Foundation, Boy Scouts of America Tukabatchee Area Council Scouting Clays Classic, and previously have been an active and sustaining member of the YMCA of Greater Montgomery Boy’s Work Committee.

What is your key to success?

Being able to find a purpose in what you are doing is key. Once you find that purpose whether it be helping others or your family, your hard work and effort will be that much more rewarding.
