With well over a decade of industry experience, Pace manages the MAX Credit Union brand by collaborating with and supporting his team. Pace strives to create a legacy of sharing contagious joy while making a positive impact in the community by serving in local organizations like MACOA, the Child Advocacy Center, Mercy House, Habitat for Humanity and more.

June 2021, but I have been in the industry for well over a decade.

What is your main role at your company?

Managing the MAX Credit Union brand while collaborating with and supporting an amazing team.

What is your number one career accomplishment or highlight?

I prefer to measure outside of the more standard sense of being elected to a board or winning an award. Instead, my number one accomplishment is found in the ongoing creation of a legacy of sharing a contagious joy that reaches further than I will know.

How are you involved in your community?

I have been fortunate to serve in several wonderful organizations including MACOA, the Child Advocacy Center, Mercy House, Habitat for Humanity, and others all sharing an overall mission of making a positive impact in the communities we live in.

What is your key to success?

Building genuine connections through humor and support wherever I can.
