Hampstead, a 416-acre master-planned residential and mixed-use development, today announced it is accepting contracts for homes under construction in Phase 6. The community’s newest phase, the largest expansion in its 14-year history, consists of over 120 residential lots. Twenty-eight homes are currently under construction, with more to follow throughout the fall and winter.
