Montgomery, AL – October 6, 2025 – The Montgomery County Historical Society (MCHS) is pleased to announce its Winter 2025–2026 exhibitions, now on view at the Figh-Pickett House, located at 512 South Court Street. This exhibit offers a unique opportunity to explore Montgomery’s rich history through a series of thoughtfully curated displays.
- Lasting Impact (October 6, 2025 – January 5, 2026)
This exhibition highlights historic Montgomery businesses and their enduring contributions to the region’s economic and cultural fabric. Featured companies include SS&A Design Collective, ALAGA/Whitfield Foods Inc., Rosemont Gardens, Ross-Clayton Funeral Home, Hill Hill Carter Franco Cole & Black, PC, Knox Kershaw Inc., Sabel Steel, and Jim Wilson & Associates, LLC. Visitors will gain insight into how these enterprises have shaped Montgomery’s identity over the years. The exhibit is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
